How should i fill the return form?

1. Start by entering the email address you provided when you placed your order and your order number.  

2. Select the product you wish to return and then state the reason for your return.  

3. Fill in the account number where we will refund the money for the return. 

4. The summary page will display the address to which you need to send the product. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the shipping process correctly. 

5. Once the products have been delivered to the warehouse, we will automatically send you an email confirming that we have received your return. The funds will be returned to your account within 14 days of this. This is the maximum time you can expect a refund after the process is complete.  

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER? ​

You will find your order number in the email you received informing you that we have sent your order (from the email contact@watchmark.com). In the body of the message, there is a link that takes you directly to information about the status of your order. The order number is visible at the top and in the body, in the “Information” section. If in doubt, check the content of the email you received carefully.

For orders placed after 30.0.2024, you will also find your order number in the subject line of the email sent after you place your order and in the body of the email.
